  • Delivery Time: Orders are generally delivered within 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier service.
  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days, subject to product availability.
  • Shipping Partners: We work with trusted courier partners to ensure reliable and secure delivery.

International Shipping

  • Shipping Charges: International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and package weight.
  • Delivery Time: International orders are generally delivered within 15–30 business days, depending on customs clearance and the destination.
  • Customs & Import Duties: Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping charges.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
  • If you do not receive your tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us through our Contact Us page.

Important Information

  • If your order status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please notify us through Contact Us within 24 hours of the delivery update.
  • Delivery delays caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, public holidays, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
  • If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, refusal to accept the package, or multiple failed delivery attempts, any reshipping charges will be borne by the customer.
  • If a refund is requested for an undelivered order returned to us due to the above reasons, the original shipping charges (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund amount.
