Order Tracking

- If you do not receive your tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us through our Contact Us page.
Important Information
- If your order status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please notify us through Contact Us within 24 hours of the delivery update.
- Delivery delays caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, public holidays, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
- If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, refusal to accept the package, or multiple failed delivery attempts, any reshipping charges will be borne by the customer.
- If a refund is requested for an undelivered order returned to us due to the above reasons, the original shipping charges (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund amount.
